Steigenberger Aqua Magic, All inclusive

From the moment we arrived, our experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. Reception: A special thanks to Mr. Ashraf who truly made our stay vey relaxing and enjoyable. His warm smile, professionalism, and helpful attitude made our check-in and check-out process incredibly smooth and pleasant. Arranging smooth reservation at one the finest restaurant, MAGIC Orient, at the hotel. Facilities: From the aqua area, to the fitness center and other leisure amenities, everything was well-managed and accessible. The hotel’s design made it easy to relax and enjoy our time without ever feeling crowded. My kids enjoyed their stay very much. Food: The variety and quality of the buffet food were impressive. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. Whether at breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner, we truly enjoyed the culinary offerings. Rooms: I have booked 4 standard rooms that were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of our privacy. Special thanks to Sayed who was outstanding. Activities: Animation team are fantastic and creative. They provide help to all guests Hospitality: Every staff member we encountered was courteous, attentive, and committed to making our stay enjoyable. The entire team truly delivered a top-tier hospitality experience. In summary, this was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable experience.

Excellent hotel from all points of view. From the multitude of facilities to the quality of the food and the park of rare beauty, everything was perfect. I think it's by far the best resort in Hurghada. Sky and especially Palappa are excellent a la carte restaurants. Thanks to Mahmood from the reception for his help and guidance. Very nice place for family vacation, especially for families searching for Aqua Actions in a balanced way with other activities. A special thanks to the front office team, particularly Mr. Kirolos A. and the front desk team, for their flexibility and support in arranging everything we needed to feel comfortable and happy. Their efforts truly made a difference in our stay. The main restaurant team, especially the team head Mr. Said, provided excellent service and delicious meals. We also appreciated the wonderful service at the Sea Restaurant from Mr. Ashraf, as well as the teams at the sky restaurant, the Italian Restaurant, and the Oriental Restaurant. Additionally, we would like to thank the main café team in the lobby area for offering very good coffee, especially the flat-white coffee, which we thoroughly enjoyed. First the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms, the restaurant, the beach, the pool were very clean. They kept asking us if we needed anything. Very special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Abdelaty from the reception and Ms. Julia from the customer relations they helped us with a problem we had in our rooms. We will definitely be back again. Wow... What can I say? Steigenberger Aqua Magic, you have truly given us the best holiday we could've hoped for. The Aqua Magic resort is a part of a triage of hotels along with the Al Dau and Pure. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-kept and clean, the food was tasty, fresh and had plenty of variety at each meal time, and the facilities were great. The staff were all so helpful, spoke great English (and German) and provided help at all times. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our birthdays, which are 2 days apart, and the hotel alerted the housekeeping staff of this and we came back to our room decorated with balloons and flowers, and two cakes with candles! We were truly blown away that the hotel went above and beyond to make our trip so so special. The bar staff were friendly and chatty, and one even made me a special cocktail for my birthday! We especially warmed to Ahmed on the front desk, who was really helpful with directions, requests and helping us navigate in and around the resort. By the end of the trip, we were going to see him just for a chat as it felt like he become our friend. The resort itself is great; the pool area staff are helpful and will provide towels and extra loungers if there aren't any free, there were plenty of activities to do such as the lazy river, the water slides and the shops/games arcades. We also went to the club lounge, and a few of the restaurants that weren't included in the All-Inclusive, and they were well worth the treat. I would highly recommend the live Teppanyaki! The beach is also about 300m from the resort, with a golf cart that takes you down if you don't fancy the walk. There were plenty of loungers, facilities and helpful staff also. We didn't try the food as it was very busy, and opted to walk back up to the hotel restaurant instead. The gardens on the walk down are well kept, with glorious fountains and a 9-hole golf course too.
